Library Procedures

When you want to bring your class:

· Sign up in advance

· Explain the objective of the library visit

· Tell me what I can prepare for your class

· Tell me what I can do during your library visit

· Provide a copy of your assignment and/or topic list

· Provide a copy of your class list for Internet use

· Tell your students that they cannot have food or drink in the library.

When you want to send students from your class:

• Provide a pass
• Tell students to sign in at the circulation desk
• Call the library if you want to send more than 2 students for computer use
