The mission of Salem High School Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps is to work each and every day at providing cadets with a solid foundation upon which lifelong success may be built. While providing a superior education in Aerospace Science and Leadership, Salem  AF JROTC will impress upon cadets the highest values of citizenship and moral standards, with a strong emphasis on living by the United States Air Force Core Values:
